Was recently invited to tag along to a product shoot for Mil-Spec, a company in town that is sort of like ICON for Hummer H1s. Stripped down to a bare frame and built back up with totally custom wiring, suspension, a Duramax swap, and a fully custom interior done to customer spec. Pretty amazing. They even had one that was lowered on coilovers for track day use as a promotional tool. No pictures from inside the factory for obvious reasons but here’s some from where they were doing the photoshoot.
I was super impressed with my Sony A6000 for these shots. They were pretty spur of the moment handheld with no tripod in a very VERY poorly lit warehouse, so the fact that these are usable at all astonishes me.

I’d take that as a 3 car garage if I could swap out the 911 for a Pana mera. I’d also want the original wheels back with the CTIS

Minus the exterior cosmetics that H1 sounds like an awesome build.

These run a cool $218k starting.

That’s a solid no. I can get a milsurp humvee for less than ten k.

Can’t legally register a milsurp humvee in many places, which is an issue Mil-Spec ran into so they have to source actual AM General H1s which are stupid expensive to begin with. Then add in the complete tear down and rebuild, custom interior, Duramax engine, livability mods, etc.
